The multi-disciplinary nature of the conference provides a wide scope to prospective authors for submission of articles. Papers should be submitted in IEEE format.  Maximum number of pages is limited to six and additional pages may attract charges.  Authors can submit the articles directly to the email id ncicteh17@gmail.com.
