Once your paper is accepted the registration PROCESS begins. The Author/Co-author needs to complete following THREE steps

Step 1 - Registration Fee

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings.

If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be individually registered. If there are multiple authors, EACH author has to register under co-author registration to get Presentation Certificate.

Registration Fee includes the Registration Kit, Certificate, CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.

The authors can pay the fees through Online Payment or Demand Draft

1.Demand Draft

can be drawn in favor of NCICTEH17 payable at Puducherry

DD has to be sent to the following address ( with Paper id and Author name written at the back )

Scanned copy of the DD should be uploaded in the Author registration form

All the registered participants/authors are eligible for the Conference proceedings. The Students / Research Scholars have to produce the original Student ID card/ Bonafide certificate from the Head of the Institution at the time of presentation. Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission

You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard IEEE Double Column format. Camera Ready paper must follow the common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection. All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted). Maximum allowed pages (while submitting the camera ready paper) for different categories are limited to as follow
